Hall of Governors
Plan Hall of Governors stages, scoring windows, hero shard rewards, and when to spend saved resources in early Kingshot kingdoms.
Hall of Governors is an early-kingdom competitive growth event built around timed stages. The winning move is not to spend everything as soon as the event appears. The winning move is to match saved resources to the day that actually scores them, then stop when the next leaderboard bracket becomes too expensive.
- 1The first Hall of Governors commonly appears around day 6 of a new kingdom.
- 2Early runs often feature Amadeus as the season hero, while later early-generation runs can rotate to other heroes.
- 3Players earn points from stage-specific growth actions rather than from every upgrade at all times.
- 4Milestone rewards are safer value than leaderboard rewards for most F2P and low-spend accounts.
- 5Strongest Governor later takes over a similar role on older kingdoms, so do not assume both events use identical rules.
- 1City construction and research power gains.
- 2Hero development, shard use, and Hero Roulette activity.
- 3Troop training or troop promotion during training stages.
- 4Gathering, beast hunting, or terror rally activity on specific days.
- 5Power boost windows that combine multiple upgrade sources.
- 6Governor gear, governor charm, hero gear hammer, or exclusive gear material spending in later runs.
- 1Keep construction and research finishes close to completion, but do not claim them before the scoring window.
- 2Save hero shards, skill materials, and roulette resources for hero development stages.
- 3Queue troop training so speedups and promotions can be used when training points are live.
- 4Hold governor gear, charm, and hero gear materials if a later run is likely to score those upgrades.
- 5Use the Kingdom Age Tracker before over-saving for a stage that may not exist on your current run.
- 1Do not burn universal speedups on a weak stage just because the leaderboard is visible.
- 2Prioritize permanent progress you already needed: Town Center, key research, useful heroes, and troop promotion.
- 3Avoid chasing Amadeus or another season hero unless your saved resources and spending plan realistically reach the required ranking bracket.
- 4If the next bracket moves too fast, stop and keep resources for Strongest Governor, KvK prep, or the next Hall of Governors run.
- 1Stack purchases with the stage that scores the spend, especially hero growth, training, or gear windows.
- 2Plan Hero Roulette alongside Hall of Governors instead of treating it as a separate impulse event.
- 3Use calculators before buying packs so the final spend closes a real upgrade, not only a temporary point gap.
- 4Protect alliance timing: a badly timed personal push can leave you empty for Castle Battle, KvK prep, or alliance events.
- 1Claiming completed upgrades before the matching stage opens.
- 2Using hero shards on heroes you do not plan to keep just for points.
- 3Training low-value troops when promotion would create better long-term value.
- 4Chasing a top bracket without checking how fast the cutoff is moving.
- 5Ignoring later replacement by Strongest Governor and treating every HoG run as the final event.
