Kingshot Guide: The Ultimate Hero Gear Optimization Strategy

Stop upgrading all your hero gear equally. To win more battles in Kingshot, you must focus your resources (Forgehammers and Mythic materials) on just three core heroes, upgrading them in a strict priority order: Infantry Gear first, Archer Gear second, and Cavalry Gear last.

When rolling for stats, follow the Golden Rule: prioritize Health for Infantry and Lethality for Archers and Cavalry.
